At Petit Bateau, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment isn't quite right, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or Petit Bateau boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
